CONTEST ENTRANTS AND VOTERS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY OR VOTE TO BE ELIGIBLE. CONTEST VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s promotional partners Alaffia, Alter Eco, Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps, Canaan Fair Trade, Divine Chocolate, Equal Exchange, Farmer Direct, Guayaki Yerba Mate, and Maggie’s Organics (“Promotional Partners”), Intrepid Travel (“Prize Provider”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”), and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter, vote or win a prize in the Contest. Contest subject to all federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 25, 2014 (hereinafter, “Contest Entry Period”). To enter, go to www.fairworldproject.org/contest and complete and submit the Official Entry Form as directed. Entrants will be required to: (A) Provide complete name, home address including zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers including area codes, a valid email address, and date of birth and (B) Create and upload an original video suitable for public viewing, in an acceptable file format and size and not to exceed ninety (90) seconds in length, describing in entrant’s voice and in the English language what Fair Trade means to entrant and how entrant lives a fair trade life, and how entrant will bring back what is learned in Nicaragua to share with his/her community should they be deemed the Grand Prize Winner (the “Video”) (items A and B stated herein are individually referred to as “Entry” and collectively as “Entries”). All Entries must be submitted and received by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 25, 2014. Limit one (1) Entry per person, household or email address. If you wish to receive future emails about Fair World Project, please check the appropriate box on the Entry Form. No previously published Videos or award-winning Videos will qualify as an Entry. Duplicate or multiple Entries and Entries that are deemed by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be immoral, obscene, profane, lewd or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified. By entering the Contest, entrants agree that the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, modify, publish, use, copyright, reuse, not use, and otherwise exploit the Entry (with or without the entrant’s name and city/state), and any materials based thereon or derived from, in any manner, for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, for use in the packaging, or for promotion or advertising of Sponsor, its brands and/or products in any medium (whether now or hereafter known) throughout the world in perpetuity without further permission, consideration, or payment to the entrant, except where prohibited by law. By submitting your Entry, you warrant and represent that your Entry is original and was created solely by you, that the Entry does not incorporate any material owned by any third party, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names or copyrighted materials, and that use of the Entry as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party. If, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, the Entry violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any third party, is inaccurate, incomplete or irregular in any way, or otherwise does not comply with the Official Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify the Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected Entries, Entries that are processed late or incorrectly, or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error or Entries not received for any reason. The Entry may not include any person’s personal information, except the entrant’s personal information. Use of robotic, automatic, or macro devices is not valid for entry. Any Entry that is submitted with the use of a robotic, automated or macro device will be void. By submitting an Entry, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

FINALIST JUDGING CRITERIA/FINALIST SELECTION: Up to five (5) Finalist Entries will be selected from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest Entry Period based on the following criteria: Originality and Creativity of Entry (0-25 points), Composition of the Video (0-25 points), Representation of the Contest Theme (0-25 points), and Overall Quality of the Entry (0-25 points). All Entries will be judged by a panel of judges whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. The five (5) top-scoring Entries will each be deemed a finalist (hereinafter, each a “Finalist”). In the event of a tie, the tied entrants will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tie-breaker using the same criteria as outlined above. In the event the same Video is submitted by more than one (1) entrant, only the first Entry received will qualify. Sponsor reserves the right to pick fewer than five (5) Finalists if in Sponsor’s sole discretion there are not enough qualified Entries. Each Finalist will be deemed a Finalist Prize Winner. All Finalists will be notified by email and telephone and complete and return a Finalist Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form (collectively, “Release”) within seventy-two (72) hours from date of notification. Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and if an entrant is disqualified or a Finalist notification is returned as undeliverable, the signed and notarized Release is not received by Sponsor in a timely manner, a Finalist is ineligible, or a Finalist declines his/her Finalist appointment, that Finalist will be disqualified and that Finalist appointment may be awarded to the next highest scoring entrant. Sponsor may only allow for a smaller number of Finalists that have already followed the requirements of the Official Rules, due to timing constraints, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to entrants not by Sponsor.

ONLINE VOTING: Up to five (5) Finalist Entries will be featured at www.fairworldproject.org/contest between 12:00 AM ET on May 1, 2014 and 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2014 (hereinafter, “Voting Period”). To vote, go to www.fairworldproject.org/contest and vote for your favorite Entry during the Voting Period in accordance with the on-screen instructions (your “Vote”). Individuals who participate in the Voting Period must be legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and at least 18 years old at the time of voting and must meet the eligibility requirements for the Contest, as set forth in Section 2 of these Official Rules. At the time of your Vote, you will be required to submit a valid email address. All Votes must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2014. Limit one (1) Vote per person, per email address during the Voting Period. An email address may only be used to submit one (1) Vote regardless of the number of persons who share the email address. One (1) person may only submit one (1) Vote and may not submit multiple Votes using different email addresses. Voting must be completed by the actual person casting the Vote. A person may not Vote on behalf of another person. Subsequent Votes by a single Voter or email address will be disqualified. Votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or any other means intended to impact the integrity of the voting process as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion are void. Payment or other consideration in exchange for Votes is prohibited. The voting process for the Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect/inaccurate voting information. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Votes. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any Vote to be cast or tabulated on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at website, or any combination thereof or for any other reason, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in voting process or downloading any materials. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE VOTING PROCESS OR THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend the voting or void any Vote should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrant or Voter, or other cause corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the voting as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from participation in the Contest that Sponsor determines violated these Official Rules, tampered with the voting process, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or improper manner and void all associated Votes (as such associated Votes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). If the voting process is terminated early by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to count the eligible Votes among all non-suspect, eligible Votes received up to time of cancellation as the final tallying of Votes for the voting portion of the winner selection. The decision of the Sponsor with respect to the tallying of Votes, and the invalidation or disqualification of any suspected Votes, shall be final and binding.

GRAND PRIZE JUDGING CRITERIA: The Finalist that receives the highest combined score, of which 75% is based on the Finalist Judging Criteria set forth above and 25% is based on the number of Votes received during the Voting Period will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. In the event of a tie, the Finalist among the tied Entries with the highest number of Votes among the tied Entries will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. If there is still a tie, the Finalist among the tied Entries with the highest score in Originality and Creativity of Entry (as described above under Judging Criteria) is the Grand Prize Winner. If a tie still remains, the Finalist among the tied Entries with the highest score in Composition of Video (as described above under Judging Criteria) is the Grand Prize Winner. If a tie still remains, the Finalist among the tied Entries with the highest score in Representation of Contest Theme (as described above under Judging Criteria) is the Grand Prize Winner. The remaining Finalists will each be deemed Finalist Prize Winners. Limit one (1) prize per household.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): UP TO FOUR (4) FINALISTS PRIZES: Each Finalist Prize consists of a Gift Basket to be designated by Sponsor valued at up to $150 one-hundred and fifty U.S. Dollars ($150 USD). ARV of each Finalist Prize: $150 USD. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 8-day/7-night trip for Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) traveling companion age 18 years or older at time of travel (hereinafter, “Guest”) to Nicaragua on dates designated by Sponsor and Prize Provider, currently scheduled to depart on December 7, 2014 and return on December 14, 2014 (hereinafter, “Prize Trip”). Prize Trip includes (i) round trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home and Nicaragua, (ii) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between airport of arrival in Nicaragua and hotel(s) designated by Sponsor and Prize Provider, (iii) 7-nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations at hotels designated by Sponsor and Prize Provider including all taxes and surcharges, (iv) participation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in a guided tour serviced by a Group Leader while in Nicaragua (itinerary to be determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider), (v) local ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest while participating on the guided tour, and (vi) meals to be designated by Sponsor for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. The ARV of the Grand Prize will not exceed $4,600 USD and may vary based on itinerary, as well as hotel fluctuations at time of travel. The total ARV of all prizes is not to exceed $5,200 USD. Any difference between a stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. The ARV of the prize set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Prize Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, provincial, state and local taxes on prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Prize valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing bookings. Standard booking conditions apply. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted. In the event the prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel for eight (8) consecutive days departing on December 7, 2014 and returning on December 14, 2014. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unavailable for travel on dates designated by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit Prize and Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, provided sufficient time remains prior to the Prize Trip. Airline tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated on such tickets and various additional material restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to terms and condition set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Prize Provider, availability and blackout dates and other material restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from Grand Prize Winner or his/her Guest’s change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with the acceptance of the prize and not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in Nicaragua not specified as part of the prize, meals and beverages not specified as part of the prize, in-room charges (e.g. laundry services and telephone), gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, amenities, security fees, currency exchange rates and/or fees, taxes, or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel registration and will be solely responsible for any and all incidentals charged to the hotel room upon hotel check-out. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents prior to departure; including, but not limited to, a valid U.S. Passport, a Visa and any other documents and immunizations related to foreign travel to Nicaragua and the costs associated with obtaining such documents. If the Guest is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, Guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Grand Prize will be awarded should Guest’s parent or legal guardian be required to accompany Guest. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Grand Prize Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Contest prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award or any part thereof. The Prize Trip does not include travel insurance; any and all life, accident, property or other insurance relating to the prize and its use will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest. In the event a scheduled guided tour activity is cancelled, for whatever reason, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided to Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor and/or Prize Provider have the right to change the scheduled Prize Trip departure and return dates, at any time and in its sole discretion. Prize Trip is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the FAA, the Department of Defense and/or the Department of Homeland Security as required. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must obey all local laws and regulations while participating in Prize Trip and act in a manner that is safe and respectful of the Sponsor, Promotional Partners, Prize Provider, and the Related Entities. Should the Grand Prize Winner or his/her Guest become involved in any situation or occurrence that could reflect unfavorably upon the Sponsor, Promotional Partners, Prize Provider or any Related Entity, or that creates the potential for death, disability, injury and/or property damage to any party, Sponsor shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Prize Trip or any portion thereof without notice and without any compensation being paid to the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

EVENT CONDUCT: Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must each make himself/herself available, upon Sponsor’s request upon reasonable notice, at any time during the Prize Trip to be interviewed, filmed and photographed by Sponsor for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation for any advertising and promotional purposes in any medium (whether now or hereafter known) throughout the world in perpetuity without additional permission, review, approval, compensation or payment to the Grand Prize Winner, except where prohibited by law. The dates, times and locations of any such interviews, filming and photography by Sponsor shall be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any expenses incurred by Grand Prize Winner in connection with the filming or photography of Grand Prize Winner by Sponsor, including but not limited to any wardrobe or cosmetology, will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and will not be reimbursed by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use or otherwise exploit such interviews, films or photography. I acknowledge that the Sponsor may provide a Chaperone to accompany me and my Guest on the Prize Trip administered by the Prize Provider (“Host”) and that such Host shall have the right to direct and control all Prize Trip activities in their reasonable discretion. I agree that I will act in a manner that is safe and respectful of the Host, Sponsor, Promotional Partners, the Related Entities, and any other third party associated with the Prize Trip. I agree that should I or any of my Guest become involved in any situation or occurrence that could reflect unfavorably upon the Host, Sponsor, Promotional Partners or the Related Entities, or that creates the potential for death, disability, injury and/or property damage to any party, Host shall have the right, in its reasonable discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Prize Trip or any portion thereof without notice and without any compensation being paid to me or any of my Guest.

CANADIAN PRIZE WINNER OBLIGATIONS: If a prize winner resides in Canada, then prize winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question, and the prize winner must do so without assistance, as a condition to collecting a prize. If a Canadian prize winner fails to do this, then the applicable prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest scoring entrant, provided sufficient time remains prior to the Prize Trip.

OWNERSHIP OF EACH FINALIST AND GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S ENTRY: By participating as a Finalist and/or accepting the prize, each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner agree that his/her Entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her Entry, including all but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner hereby waive in favor of Sponsor, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner may now or later have to their Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the Entry, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner shall execute and deliver such additional instruments of assignment, as may be solely deemed by Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the Entry and of the copyrights transferred and “Moral Rights of Authors” waived under these Official Rules. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment. For the avoidance of doubt, Sponsor retains exclusive ownership of the Entry and each Finalist and the Grand Prize Winner obtain no right, property, license, permission or interest of any kind in the Entry.

INTERNET: If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. If the Contest is terminated early, Sponsor reserves the right to judge the eligible Entries received up to the time of termination and award the prizes based on the judging criteria, with or without a voting process. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any Entry based on an email address, the Entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of Entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

GENERAL: The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value of a prize is more than the actual fair market value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time and at any stage of the judging process, to reject or disqualify any Entry that is deemed ineligible or for any reason that the Sponsor feels is necessary and/or appropriate, including without limitation, if that entrant has not complied with the Official Rules or has interfered, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, with the proper conduct of the Contest. The posting of an Entry does not have any effect on the judging process. All decisions of the Sponsor and Judges are final and binding in all aspects of the Contest. By participating, entrant agrees on his/her behalf, and on behalf of his/her respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”) to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotional Partners, Prize Provider, the Related Entities, and any advertising and promotional agencies or entities involved in the administration or advertising of this Contest as well as the respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, or liability whatsoever for loss, harm, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, costs or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with participation in the Contest, or possession, acceptance, use or misuse of a prize and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible Entries, (2) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (3) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of an Entry or other materials; (4) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the participation in the Contest; or (5) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Contest. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest. If the Sponsor decides that there are an insufficient number of qualified Entries suitable for entry into the Contest Sponsor may select less Finalists or cancel the Contest entirely. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant if, in its sole discretion, it determines s/he is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Sponsor, the judges or their respective representatives. If Sponsor at any time receives a complaint (including but not limited to a cease and desist letter, general letter of complaint etc.) alleging intellectual property infringement of the Entry, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Entry. The Sponsor shall not be responsible if the Contest or prize fulfillment cannot be implemented or does not take place for any reason including delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism, including without limitation, or for any reason outside of the Sponsor’s control. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor, does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas that might be contained in a Entry which was previously known to Sponsor, or developed by their respective employees, or obtained from sources other than the entrant, or rights to use similar or related ideas without any restriction whatsoever, or further obligation to entrant. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Portland, Oregon and the terms, of any dispute, will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE CONTEST. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF PARTICIPANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE SPONSOR’S SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
